This document constitutes an official public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) by the matchmaking agency “Be My Wife” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of services outlined below with any individual who accepts this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
Acceptance of the terms of this Offer is deemed to occur upon the Client’s registration on the Agency’s website (http://bemywife.uz) and/or the payment for the services described herein.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Offer regulates the legal relationship between the Agency and the Client concerning the provision of matchmaking services.
1.2. The terms and conditions of this Offer are binding on all Clients who have accepted its provisions.
1.3. This Offer constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the Client and remains effective until all obligations of the parties have been fully performed.
2. SERVICES AND TERMS OF PROVISION
2.1. The Agency provides the following services:
• Base Package: Access to the Agency’s client database and eligibility to be considered for matchmaking (USD 60 for 6 months).
• Match Package: Individual selection of a single candidate based on the Client’s profile and stated preferences (USD 80 one-time fee).
• Dates Package: Organization of three individual dates per month with suitable candidates (USD 200 per month).
2.2. Services will be provided only after the Client has completed the registration questionnaire, verified their data, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the selected service package.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The Agency shall:
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all personal data provided by the Client.
• Render services in strict accordance with the terms of the selected service package.
• Utilize the Client’s personal data solely for the purposes of delivering the services stipulated in this Offer.
3.2. The Client shall:
• Provide accurate and truthful information in their registration questionnaire and, if requested, verify such information with supporting documentation.
• Pay the full cost of the selected service package in a timely manner.
3.3. The Agency reserves the right to:
• Refuse to provide services to the Client in the event of a breach of the terms of this Offer.
• Amend or modify the terms of this Offer with prior notification to the Client via the Agency’s website.
3.4. The Client has the right to:
• Receive the services as stipulated in the terms of the selected service package.
• Request updates on the status and progress of service delivery.
4. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. The cost of services is specified in Section 2 of this Offer and is calculated in U.S. dollars (USD).
4.2. Payment shall be made in Uzbekistani soums at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the date of payment.
4.3. Refunds are permitted only if the services have not commenced.
4.4. Payment of the service fee constitutes acceptance of this Offer and all its terms and conditions.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
5.1. The Agency shall maintain the confidentiality of all personal data provided by the Client and shall not disclose such data to third parties without the Client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
5.2. By accepting this Offer, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of service delivery, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Agency is liable for the proper and timely delivery of services as stipulated in this Offer.
6.2. The Agency shall not be held liable for any unsatisfactory outcome or lack of compatibility between candidates if such outcomes arise from the subjective expectations of the Client.
6.3. The Client is liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to the Agency.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
7.2. Should the parties fail to resolve the dispute amicably, it shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Agency.
8. AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION OF THE OFFER
8.1. The Agency reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Offer by publishing the updated version on the Agency’s website.
8.2. This Offer may be terminated at the initiative of either party by providing at least seven (7) calendar days’ prior written notice.
